Absolutely! But I think the bigger crime is the congress and the house not doing anything about it. And I guess I have to put Bush in this too! They are all committing crimes against American's for allowing this to continue, and justifying not doing anything about it.
This is the age of unreason! Last night I had a conversation with one of my new neighbors. When it was finally boiled down to her fundamental thought, it went something like this.
M: War is horrific! It would be better if no more babies were born and humans ceased to exist.
B: Wait a minute! You think that because people are suffering and dieing, that people should cease to exist.
M: Yes!
B: It doesn't bother you that there is no coagulation of your thought? That ending humanity is the answer to loosing humans?
There is no vestige of reason left in her. Animal life is just as important as human life. Life is not worth suffering through. America is wrong because America is hated around the world. and on, and on This wouldn't be a real problem if there were only 1 in a 1,000 like her, but they're as numerous as the reasonable people right here in the good ol' US of A.
If I can complete it on time, this will be the topic of my next blog. Help me find a good title for it. "The Death of Reason" nah, taken already. "Unreasonable" mm maybe. Needs more punch. "Hotel Reason, Vacancy" Too obscure.
