So Karl Rove will testify but not under oath....Gee, I wonder why?

So he wants to testify with the right to lie?!

That's screwed up. Honest, but screwed up nonetheless.
[this is good]
LOL, can you imagine what the conservative right wing woud say if criminals started to say that they would testify ....just not under oath.....

Maybe nobody wants to testify under oath before a political circus committee because they know they'll be set up for bogus perjury charges regardless of what they say.

Witness the predicament of Scooter Libby. Unfortunately it's probably too late for the President to recover from the poor judgement of allowing Libby to twist in the wind for not remembering exactly who said what when about something that ultimately made no difference to anything or anybody.

Ahh the politically driven trials. Sorry but I don't feel sorry for them. They contend that they did nothing wrong - let them show that by testifying under oath and on the record. I know it gets difficult for Rove to remember which version of the truth he is telling this week, after all he is getting up there in age...

You know, I have to laugh at Republicans who whine about the evil agenda the dems have against them. I seem to remember a certain Ken Star with a massive hate on for President Clinton. It seems to me that he was supposed to be investigating White Water and when he couldn't make that stick - he went on a witch hunt and pulled out every dirty card he could think. He didn't stop until he cornered Clinton about consensual sex with an adult. Seems to me that was the biggest waste of money in taxpayer history - besides the Iraq War.

I love it when the Republicans whine about the dems doing to them what the Republicans did to others...

"Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, so help you God?"

Rove:"No"

"Please be seated"

Prosecutor: "What the f....?"

This will be hilarious in any law show, not in real life.

to give a modern spin on that old joke:

Karl Rove always told the truth, except when his lips moved.
